It's out!

So what should have been a 1 hour operation turned out to be 2 hours... maybe something to do with me coming off my bike a few times and landing on it!!

Still, its out now and after some rest I can strat thinking about the 2010 season - watch out!!

Weird but it felt wayyy bigger inside my leg?!?!
